Full Time Clients: The website packages below are intended for Full Time Clients. A one year agreement includes total development process, setting up your admin/member portal, setting up event management needs, opening registration, hosting your virtual conference, and uploading session recordings so they are available after the event; it also gives you the option to continue your agreement and use our Call for Proposals, Exhibit Booth Editor, and Mobile App (extra cost) for your events (in person, virtual, or hybrid).

One Time Use Clients: If you want to use our event features for a single event, please let us know which features you are interested in, and we will provide you with a custom quote. A pre-determined number of months agreement includes total development process, setting up your admin/member portal, setting up event management needs, opening registration, hosting your virtual conference, and uploading session recordings so they are available after the event.

Initial Loading of Content
We will populate your new event website with new content or migrate content from your existing site (i.e. Home Page, Speakers, Sessions, Hotel, Resources, etc.). We will train your staff or volunteers on how to populate the remaining pages, or we can provide you with a quote to do these remaining pages for you.

All domain-based email accounts (name@domain.org) are available with web-based access or email forwarding. 
  • Basic - It accommodates most organization's needs - 8 GB of storage and 20 email accounts. 
  • Enhanced - It is recommended if you need to store a large number of video and audio files  - 16 GB of storage and 40 email accounts.
  • Enterprise - It provides even more storage - 32 GB of storage and 80 email accounts.

Payment Processing 
In order to collect online payments for new member dues and event registration fees, you will need to have a credit card merchant account or PayPal account. Online Training Sessions
We offer an extensive online help system and provide ticket-based email and phone support, but to onboard your staff, our online training sessions are very helpful in introducing all the modules and their respective features. These sessions will be recorded and placed in your File Archive for reference later. As needed, additional sessions can be purchased later through the ticket system.

Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 
Since SEO is a complex topic, an effective long-term optimization strategy can be time-intensive. 
  • Google Analytics - We will set up your new website with analytics as well as the initial search engine registration.  
  • Basic SEO Service - This includes a simple click and click-through report as well as keywords and search phrases being used.

Optional QuickBooks Interface
ConferenceLeap can be set up as the primary point of entry for all transactions (member dues paid during event registration, and event registration fees. By using the interface, it is simple to export these invoices and payments (or sales receipts) to QuickBooks by creating parallel transactions of equal amounts and dates in QuickBooks.  

There is a $40 monthly customer support fee, which is included in the Platinum ConferenceLeap Plan.

Optional Mobile Application and Push Notifications
It allows your attendees easy access to various event registration features) on iOS through iTunes and Android through Google Play.


Push Notifications are included in the Mobile App initial setup cost, which allows you to send messages directly to your member's mobile devices as message alerts, badge updates, or sound alerts; great for sharing information with members at your events.

There is a $20 monthly customer support, maintenance, and basic upgrade fee, which is included in the Platinum ConferenceLeap Plan.

Also, clients will need to enroll in the Apple Developer Membership Program, which requires a $99 per year membership fee; however, if your organization is a non-profit, accredited educational institution, or government entity, you might qualify for their fee waiver program.
